Refunds & Returns Policy
Given that mostly all of our Jewellery pieces are custom-made to your order, hence we do not accept any returns or refunds. In certain circumstances, exchanges within 3 days from purchase may be accepted.
In exceptional situations when a purchased jewellery piece was delivered with default (damage, defect, or making issues), please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery), and we’ll arrange on either fix or exchange the purchased item.
We take extra care in the preparation and manufacturing our pieces, and thus assure you that such situation shall be rare. However, in any situations or remarks, we’d love to hear from you at email@example.com, and we’ll gladly assist within any acceptable means.
Finally, we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, and thus we do not refund shipping charges on returned items.
